Jeroud laughed softly. "Sorry Phoebs, I'm definitely not you're mom," he said, smiling as she giggled even more.

Phoebe raspberried softly and giggled, resting her little head against Alec's shoulder before she covered her eyes. She really liked peek-a-boo.

Alec laughed and they played peekaboo, even when Jeroud shook his head in amusement and headed back downstairs. "I think your uncle Jeroud thinks he's too cool for peekaboo," Alec said playfully, kissing the top of her warm, little head.

Giselle was walking back into the room, wrapped in a robe just when Jeroud walked out and she caught the end of Alec's words. "He played with her earlier." She said softly as she wrapped her arms around him.

"Really?" Alec asked, sounding extremely surprised. With good reason though, Jeroud had barely looked at Phoebe throughout their entire time here.

"Yes, really." Giselle said, grabbing the camera and showing Alec the pictures. "He fed her and even burped her too..."

Alec raised an eyebrow at the pictures. "Wow..." he said, Jeroud was actually...actually acting like a parent.

"I know, I was surprised too but doesn't it make you happy." Giselle said a bit excited.

Alec smiled a little. "Yeah, I guess it does," he said, still wondering what had given his brother such a change of mind.

Giselle kissed his lips softly with a grin before she grabbed Phoebe. "Come on, time to wash you up and get you all prettied up baby girl." She said carrying her away as she giggled.

"Now you're talking to me or her?" Alec asked playfully, following them out of the room.

"Do you want me to give you a bath and get you prettied up?" Giselle teased Alec with a grin.

"I don't see any dangers with that," Alec teased, wrapping his arms around her waist and pressing a soft, playful kiss to the crook of her neck.

Giselle hummed softly as she leaned back against him just a bit, holding Phoebe close to her chest. "I don't see anything wrong with the picture either but you have to wait your turn." She told him playfully.

Alec chuckled softly and pressed a kiss to her cheek. "I think someone's the favourite," he teased, looking down at Pheobe who giggled and smiled up at them.

"And she knows it too. She's winning everyone today isn't she." Giselle cooed lovingly as she kissed the tip of her nose and began to undress her in the bathroom carefully, having Alec fill her little tub with warm water.

Alec stirred the small bath once the water was in it, making sure that it wasn't too warm. "Ready to be a good girl?" he teased Phoebe softly. She was notorious for loving to splash.

"There is a reason why I am not dressed yet." Giselle said as she lowered Phoebe into the water. The girl giggling as she felt herself lowered. They so had to take her swimming some day. She would love it.

Phoebe squealed happily smacking her hands against the water. She absolute loved being in the water. She squirmed to get more of it on her and smiled up happily at her mother and father.

"Settle down little mermaid." She said softly with a chuckle and began to wash her. "I think that should be the theme for her first birthday party, little mermaid." She suggested.

Alec smiled. "I think she'd love that," he said, his strong arms moving around her as they washed Phoebe. "Why do I get the feeling that she will be Ariel for every halloween for the next 10 years?" he asked playfully.

"Not for the next ten years, that won't make good pictures." She teased softly as she washed her hair, relaxed by Alec's arms around her.

Alec gently washed her tiny feet, smiling as she squirmed happily. "And if she wants it?" he asked, laughing softly.

"I will try to change her mind and bribe her..." Giselle said seriously before she chuckled. "I don't know, I am hopeful she won't." She said with a shrug. "But on her first Halloween we all have to match."

"Match?" he asked, grinning as he pressed a kiss to her shoulder.
